Panelists

Cameron Price

Cameron Price (he/him/his) was born on Tohono O’odham land, and grew up in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from the U of A College of Medicine in 2020 and is now a 3rd-year Resident in the DeScioli Global Child Health Pediatric Residency Program, at Baylor College of Medicine. At present, he lives in Mbabane, Eswatini, in southern Africa, and works at the Baylor Children’s Foundation Center of Excellence. He served in the U.S. Peace Corps from 2009-2012 in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), where he volunteered with some incredible kids and teens living with HIV.  His time there helped him realize that he wanted to pursue pediatrics. When he grows up he wants to work in Pediatric Palliative Care… or maybe be a professional clown, he hasn’t fully decided.

Jennifer Campbell

Originally from Tempe, AZ, Jennifer went to Northern Arizona University for her undergraduate degree and first masters in Education Administration.  She met her husband, Clint while living in Flagstaff in 1998 and later married that same year.  From then on, they moved to Tucson, Iowa City (IA), Avondale (AZ) where she worked in Finance (I know--didn't use my first degrees right away).  Her husband then had the fabulous idea to join the Peace Corps, which took them to the amazing country of Thailand, where they served together in a rural village and served in four different schools.  They then learned about international schools and Jennifer began teaching mathematics to students in grades six through twelve in the International Baccalaureate program at the International School of Phnom Penh in Cambodia.  They also taught in Kazakhstan, Guatemala and back to Thailand.  After returning to the US in 2017, they both opted to get another masters degree, Jennifer's being in the U of A program called MEPN--Masters of Science for Entrance to the Practice of Nursing.  Since completing her degree, she did her nursing residency at Flagstaff Medical Center and most recently moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where her home base is located and she is working as a travel nurse in other locations in Nebraska.

Dexter Guddlebrook

Dexter Guddlebrook (Health, Madagascar 2017-2018) is a second-year medical student at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and was a Coverdell Fellow from 2020-2021 as he earned his Master of Public Health. He hopes to go into rural primary care and is a Primary Care Physician Scholarship recipient. He met his wife during his Peace Corps service, and they just welcomed their first kid, Ella. When he’s not attending to the fickle whims of a 3-month-old, you can probably find Dexter petting his cat and two dogs, or playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Sharon Greenspan

Diagnosed with a tumor and told that her spine might fuse together (from ankylosing spondylitis), Sharon changed her lifestyle to bring about health. She reversed her chronic disease and released 55 lbs! She became Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner and a certified yoga teacher. As her business evolved, she pursued other qualifications and is now also Board Certified in Energy Medicine and Yoga Therapy. She holds certifications in Positive Neuroplasticity, Reiki, and Living Foods Lifestyle. She is an international speaker and author.

Her career path was long and varied. An Art Major in college, she worked her way up to Art Director and was a freelance graphic designer. Not liking how computer-centered it all became, she listened to an inner voice and at age 30 closed her business and joined the Peace Corps. (Ghana, 94-97)

She served an extended tour, spending the last year creating a training manual and live training program. This launched her next career as an Instructional Designer. Still using one incredibly valuable tool she’d learned from a life coach, she also got certified and created a solo business as a Life Coach. Connecting knowledge, experiences and resources in order to help people build a better life for themselves has always the driving theme for Sharon's career and her personal mission. Even in corporate work, her approach was and remains client-centered and client-driven.

Sharon works with people who are committed to making changes in their lives. She strives to treat root causes rather than symptoms and addresses causes on the physical, mental, emotional and when appropriate, spiritual and energetic levels. Her clients have chosen to or worked with their doctors to cease medications for anxiety, depression, cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes. Caught early enough, clients have avoided medication altogether. She is thrilled to have helped many people heal, joyously make changes and live authentic lives.
